P90x Planning my Recovery week ahead!

I did yoga today, nothing special, but I am doing better. I still don't like doing core. I may do it sometimes but not today. I worked on my chest with resistance bands as I want to build my chest's perkiness (if it is even possible anymore) but I don't want to add a full p90x disc into the equation.

I received my Exhale Spa Core Fusion Body Sculpt and I am really excited to start it. I am seeing where the reviews (about 55) gave 5 stars, 99% of the reviewers. I watched the video and I am definitely sure this is a great addition to my regimen. I am feeling like I am stuck, not necessarily with p90x but for the last few months. I refuse to let this be a repeat of last year. The difference is, I am REALLY trying. I wasn't going to the gym last summer and when i did, I didn't put forth the effort to count calories or workout hard. Now i am working out harder than ever and counting my calories and balancing everything and I just can't seem to lose any darn weight. I am faithful and i am hopeful i see changes next month.

So anyways here is what I am going to do recovery week:
Recovery week 1
Day 1 - YogaX (first 10 minutes and the last 20 minutes before core) & Core Fusion
Day 2 - Core Synergistics
Day 3 - Kenpo X
Day 4 - Core Fusion in place of stretch x
Day 5 - Turbo Jam get on the ball
Day 6 - Same as day 1
Day 7 - Rest or X Stretch

Phase II

Weeks 5-7
Day 1 - Core Synergistics -
Day 2 - Plyometrics
Day 3 - Chest, Shoulders and Triceps, Ab Ripper X + Light Cardio
Day 4 - parts of Yoga x & full Core Fusion
Day 5 - Legs and Back, Ab Ripper X
Day 6 - Kenpo X
Day 7 - Rest or X Stretch - Core Fusion

Recovery week pt 2

Day 4 - Yoga X & Core fusion (parts of yoga)
Day 5 - Core Synergistics - light cardio
Day 6 - Kenpo X - 15 minutes of chest
Day 7 - Rest or X Stretch - core fusion

Week 10, 12
Day 1 - Chest, Shoulders and Triceps, Ab Ripper X
Day 2 - Plyometrics
Day 3 - Back and Biceps, Ab Ripper X - light cardio
Day 4 - parts of YogaX & full Core Fusion
Day 5 - Core Synergistics - light cardio
Day 6 - Kenpo X - 15 minutes chest
Day 7 - Rest or X Stretch - core fusion

Week 13
Day 1 - Core Fusion
Day 2 - Core Synergistics - light cardio
Day 3 - Kenpo X
Day 4 - Core Fusion
Day 5 - Plyometrics
Day 6 - Core Fusion (some pieces of YogaX)
Day 7 - Rest or X Stretch
